It is true that Men's personality can be defined by men's haircut. Some men prefer very small hair, while some men like long hair. So we can say men's haircut is very much affected from the person or the celebrity they follow. The cosmetic companies are launching lots of products, so that men's haircut can be enhanced, as many men prefer short hair and put gel to spike up their hair. So these men use lots of cosmetics like shampoo, contioner, hair oil, and hair gels, etc... Men's haircut can be once or twice in a month, or sometimes may be even once in a two month, it depends on hair growth and the hairstyle of the individual. But most men usually go for atleast once in a month for haircut. Where as women goes for once in a year or twice in a year. So there can be no comparison between women's haircut and men's haircut.
